Baron Pouget’s Original Oxford Sauce is a delicious table sauce which has a variety of applications.

It can be used as a marinade for chicken, fish or seafood. It can be used directly on the table, as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes from cold meats to fried fish or bacon & eggs.

It is also used as an ingredient in dishes such as stews to give added body and spice up the flavour. It’s also very good added to cream cheese, crème fraiche and mayonnaise as a dip.
