From bottom tier : Cornish yarg, oxford blue, appleby pink cheshire, blue stilton, college white. Can you also give me an idea of the cost of a large wedge of montgomery cheddar,as discussed. We are catering for around 150 people. Date of wedding is 5 August 2011.
